Locks of Love is a not-for-profit organization that provides custom-fitted prosthetic hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 21 with medical hair loss from any diagnosis. These hairpieces are made entirely from donated human hair. Most of the recipients suffer from an autoimmune condition called alopecia areata, for which there is no known cause or cure.
