Texas Appleseed is a public interest law center that partners with pro bono attorneys and other professionals to find systemic solutions to social and economic justice problems facing the most vulnerable – foster children, persons with mental disabilities, low-income families, recent immigrants, and youth in the justice system. Texas Appleseed is part of a national network of Appleseed centers in 17 states and Mexico City.
