About
Texas Center for the Missing is dedicated to bringing hope and healing to the missing and their families through crisis intervention, prevention, and community education. The Center is a Houston-based non-profit and the Amber Alert provider for the Houston-Galveston region that offers services related to child abductions, runaways, internet lures, and endangered missing adults. With more than 10,000 children reported missing annually in Greater Houston, the Center works to ensure children and families learn how to remain safe, law enforcement is trained on how to issue Amber Alerts, and the community is aware of the painful reality of these situations. Texas Center for the Missing is ready to activate community resources 24/7 to get a missing child or endangered adult home quickly and safely. Your support directly affects our ability to serve Greater Houston with the best and most time efficient resources available.
