About
Washington’s National Park Fund raises private support to deepen the public’s love for, understanding of, and experiences in Mount Rainier, North Cascades and Olympic National Parks. Funds raised empower the parks to:
• Bring more youth and families to the parks, often for the first time, and teach them about safety, caring for the land, and campsite set-up/etiquette;
• Conduct much needed research on flora (flowers) and fauna (wildlife) to ensure their stability; and
• Better maintain trails, meadows and campgrounds for the benefit of future generations.
We bring together passionate parks people, educate them on the pressing matters facing Mount Rainier, North Cascades, and Olympic National Parks, and together work to increase philanthropic support from individuals, families, foundations and corporations.
We work to preserve the natural beauty for present and future generations, and strive to educate visitors as they learn about conservation and “leaving no trace.”
